So far I have 13 good reasons to keep working this week. I need to think of those reasons and not chicken out and be like, I can't do this. I can. I can. I can.

Thanks SK!

And thank you for your response in the last thread @Desoxyn I appreciate it. I just took some of my Klonopin so we'll see how that goes. I will let my doctor know about everything when I see her Wednesday morning.

I agree with Dosoxyn Blue_Bird. One klonopin once in a while won't hurt you. You'll be okay. Hopefully you start feeling better soon. Can you play with Stash?

I got Helen this cool cat tree from Chewy. It was like Cat Ikea trying to put it together but it is really neat. It has two high perches, a hammock, and a box with two openings that she can go in and out of. It also has a ledge she can walk on. It has two balls that hang from it and a piece of rope. Sisal that she can scratch on and the rest is carpeting. She LOVES IT.

Thank you SK, she's actually sleeping right now so I don't want to wake her up but I'm gonna watch some anime on Netflix for awhile

That's awesome! I need to get one for Stash eventually, maybe I'll look at some online right now and see what kinds they have

Finally able to drop the Klonopin to 1.375 mg. It was because of the stupid modafinil. The modafinil was potentiating my anxiety so I felt compelled to stay on Klonopin. Now I think I can actually get off of the Klonopin. I stopped the modafinil this morning.

The inspection is over!! They did choose my apartment! They just left. It took less than 5 minutes, they came in looked around checked the smoke detectors and the utility closet then left! I'm so relieved.

I have no junk food in my house (such as pastries, cookies, ice cream, candy, chips, etc, and no sugary drinks) My goal is to get down to 120lbs in a year, I'm currently 170lbs thanks to abilify and the constant hunger and sugar cravings but it's gotten better since starting the Naltrexone, I went down from 172lbs a few weeks ago, to 170lbs and have stayed there for a couple weeks. But now I'm getting serious about it and keeping that stuff out of my house. The next time I have any kind of dessert thing (aside from natural fruit), will be on my birthday in June, and then not again until Halloween, etc and so on. I'll have a dessert or treat on holidays or actual special occasions and that's it. I have to be strict with myself for the first year to get myself back to where I was a couple years ago. I don't have issues with eating tons of fast food so that's not a problem, I hardly ever eat fast food. I just eat what I buy at the grocery store and most of that is now healthy stuff (fruit, whole grains, veggies, fish, chicken, etc, brown rice, fat free plain Greek yogurt, oatmeal, soup, lightly salted, rice cakes, wheat pasta, multi grain bread, beans, eggs... and so on) I do still eat some frozen foods like some pizza or chicken potpies, etc but it's all at least a lot healthier than bingeing on sweets all day everyday.

And I'm making myself be more physically active.

You'll be less tired when lowering the klonopin so that sounds like a good idea.

I'm going to get on the treadmill for 45 minutes tomorrow morning before my appointment and then after that walk to the library too. Trying to move around as much as possible, get steps in

Good choice. Is Stash sleeping? Can you play with her? Maybe you could color or something too while you listen to music.

She is sleeping again. Lol, she takes naps on and off throughout the day, I did play with her earlier though. But she will get wild again later tonight, she always does. So I can play with her then. I might try coloring, thanks
