I'll buy pizza and beer for us, and bring over my movie colleciton. = ) I hope he doesnt mind if his son crashes thanksgiving with haha We haven't had time together in awhile so I'll stop over tomorrow after work and ask him. I just baked some pillsbury sugar free brownies. I never do sugar free stuff but I was curious to try them since I'm trying to cut way back on sugar, they're made with splenda. Hopefully they're okay

I'm sorry BB I hope you feel better soon..

I cried many times last year and thought about dying etc.. But it gets better - Often within this lifetime it does (99.9%).

Thank you, I think part of it is the holidays. It makes me feel really alone since well, I'm alone. My mom died, dad has never been in my life, my two brothers don't stay in touch with me, my sister is ultra busy with her new job so I never see her anymore, and I don't really have any friends

So the sugar free brownies aren't too bad, surprisingly. I normally hate artificial sweeteners, but I guess splenda isn't too bad. I still like stuff made with real sugar better but this isn't too bad for when I'm trying to cut back on sugar and just save real sugar for only special occasions

I just had a cup of instant coffee. Made me miss instant coffee for some reason. I am super wired though. It's like a good wired though. I still wonder if being on Klonopin all the time is bad. Oh well. I think I'm past the point of caring.

Also, can I just say - why do pdocs think that just the right medication combination will make me normal?

Psychiatry is a limited resource.. They have antidepressants, antipsychotics, anti-anxiety, stimulant, mood stabilizers..

But there are much factors attached to our being than mental disorders.. It's all psychological, - Spiritual stuff is ignored.. What about scientific evidence based? Why can't we do a blood test for schizophrenia like diabetes etc..

It's all a practice barely much better than the dark ages of psychiatry - New drugs will be introduced. Many drugs that work are super illegal - Because it's the rich, the elites, social climate, brainwashing and mind control.. You could go for a walk and feel normal for an hour - Normality changes and is subjective or based on certain cultures..

Life exists only at this very moment, and in this moment it is infinite and eternal.
~ Alan Watts

There's people that aren't just normal, they are in complete bliss all of the time - Either through drugs, hard work, meditation or by luck even.. Eventually psychiatry will fuse together with other ideas, artificial intelligence will create new molecules, analyze the matter metaphysically in the brain through robot-life form computers + Quantum.. It's all 1's and 0's...

We are 1's and 0's.. It's all we need to be and ever will be.

I have some anti-nausea meds my doctor prescribed but I've never taken them before so I'm scared to take on. It's generic Zofran I think

I don't want to take it so I'll just deal with the nausea. I'm too scared of effects of taking new meds for the first time. Plus there's too many major interactions between it and the psych meds I'm on

Check the pulse of your heart
Notice the nausea that you feel physically
Take note of what you have done today and;
what has happened in life up until now from a month ago or more
about what has happened with every med you've taken
what could happen with the Zofran..
Google a little about nausea, drug interactions
Etc..

After having the knowledge, you can decide whether or not. In the end, you don't have to.. You can be nauseous.. Ginger ale helps, waiting it out. Bring it up with your doctor..

Manage anxiety - Anxiety can cause nausea which means that coping mechanisms to help with anxiety could help - And if it doesn't, nausea without anxiety is better than both!

Be aware of your relationships and who you can talk to about the miscellaneous problems.. The kitty too..

Thanks Desoxyn! Right now I have some lemon scented wax melting because I read that citrus scents can help. Kitty is laying on me purring and I have the lights off. Im going to try to fall asleep and if it’s not better then get some ginger Ale in the morning. I believe there’s ginger ale in the vending machine downstairs in the lobby.

I might go downstairs now and get some. It’s 11pm. I hope I don’t wake anyone up. I won’t use the elevator since it’s noisy. I’ll just use the stairs.

Maybe sometime I'll buy a few bottles of it to have around just in case I ever get nauseous again

I need to buy wire covers. The kitty is getting into everything

The nurse just called me back. I have an appointment to get my abilify injection next Monday since I missed it yesterday. (They only do injections on Mondays and Tuesdays)
