Daddy brought me a coffee today from Dutch Bros. I am so grateful. Daddy is so nice to me (he is always nice to me). I have been super duper tired since my fibromyalgia is flared up. So the coffee is great!

I keep forgetting my morning and dinnertime medications. I am worried I will become destabilized because I am not taking them regularly. Not on purpose but just I am forgetting. I just remembered a few minutes ago that I didn't take my morning medications today. No Vyvanse in my system. No wonder I am dragging even after two cups of coffee and two diet Dr. Peppers and one black unsweetened iced tea. I have alarms set on my phone but since I don't look at my phone usually until I get to work by then it is too late. Anyone have some good advice on not forgetting to take your meds?

Do it right after you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on what time you take your meds. Make it a habit of as soon as you eat take your meds you're supposed to take right after then eventually it will become easier over time. Set your meds in a place you can see them and in a pill box with the days on it, so that way you know whether or not you've taken them

My alarms don’t stop ringing for 15 minutes after the go off, hard to miss. Also always carry extra meds just in case.

Isnt naltrexone for alcohol use disorder

Combined with wellbutrin it's called Contrave and is used for weight loss

wikipedia:

Naltrexone/bupropion, sold under the brand name Contrave among others, is a fixed-dose combination medication for the management of chronic obesity in adults in combination with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity

#1 Branded Weight Loss Pills | CONTRAVE(R) (naltrexone HCI/bupropion HCI)

I'm already on wellbutrin tablets so instead of prescribing Contrave which is them combined, she's prescribing the naltrexone as an additional tablet to take, so it's the same thing just a lot less expensive than in a combined single pill

Pouring rain, like a torrential downpour and ACNH, perfect combo

Thunder and lightning and wind too

I might be doing TMS. Anyone heard anything about it? I have just had this depression for so long.

I hate this ****, I try to go down on Klonopin ever so slightly, and I feel awful, then now I need TMS? Like what the heck?

I am trying to reduce the Klonopin again tomorrow. That's my resolution I guess. We'll see if I stick to it.

I noticed my anxiety has been a lot better, I think having the cat has helped. I'm less lonely and have less time to obsess about things like death and worries and stress myself out etc

I've also been eating with less anxiety

Today has been terrible....the knob just broke off our shower and water is leaking....we are calling an emergency plumber now. Somehow the main water shut off got messed up when they installed the water heater so we don’t know how to turn it off.

SP is playing games with me. I'm sick of it. I leave for a few days and then you post more than you ever have - Like trying to get rid of me. And I can't focus on anything without any support + I mention my trauma and you assume **** and ghost me like my therapist. That's what I'm dealing with - The lack of understanding in anything - Needing reassurance from my family about what is real yet I don't believe them.

You're not getting rid of me so you can PROTECT who ever the ****. I wouldn't even post this cuz of what you're dealing with yet you don't give a **** about what happens to me because you exclude people. You've done it to Erti as well so did Newtus.

I'm not dealing with this group anymore. I try to be grateful and be myself, post nice things but I apparently always have to be positive and stable which is toxic.

Are you ok? I don’t have anything against you desoxyn but I am dealing with my own stuff right now so I’m not responding much to other people.

Oh... **** sorry.. I'm not good at the best way for reading people. I'm on clonazepam.

I'm not ok at all. I repetitively beat the back of my hand against the edge of my desk. I miss my old self and now have insanely confusing thoughts.

I hope you'll feel better... =/
