<3 I have the phenibut use under control. Every day for almost 3 years. I take breaks sometimes (Few weeks - Months).

My mom takes 1-2 week breaks from alcohol. My dad drinks heavy. I'm afraid that they will both die soon.

It's understandable that people use during the pandemic because it increases preconditioned stress (Like how marijuana can trigger predisposed psychosis).

Just be mindful of the drinking. Too much = recovery position or letting someone know to make sure that you're safe. Harm reduction is key.

Is there a God or spirituality? Idk.. But he/it seems to help greatly for people to quit.. Doing the best you can, - Not to think too much but tweak your reality using a spoon to stir it once every while, then relax and maintain it again. If thinks **** up really badly, take another break, then try again.

I feel hot and nauseous. Like it’s 40 degrees Fahrenheit outside right now but I have the air conditioning on

Did you stop the Thorazine without a taper? I know your doc said you could stop it but any AP needs tapering.

No I just couldn't sleep, mostly because I was up most of the night feeling hot and nauseous

ah ****, I thought I took my night meds last night, I just checked my med phone app. I didn't take any of them. I forgot to even refill my med case that's why I thought I had already taken them.

I'll take my night meds tonight including the thorazine. That could be why I didn't sleep. My doctor did prescribe a lower dose of thorazine to start tapering off (I'm currently on one 200mg tablet a night, she sent out a new prescription for 100mg tablets to start taking one of those at night with my other meds. I am not able to pick them up till Monday though so I'll just keep taking the 200mg until then.

Anyway, I was able to get my job back (somehow!)

I keep thinking about the phenomenlological change that psychiatric meds make on me. It is interesting to think about. It's like it's a complete paradigm shift when I am on the right meds. The weird thing is that it constantly changes. But that makes sense though since life is a dynamic phenomenon.
