I can't remember what I thought of him then. Now of course I do believe in God.

Took a shower, scrubbed my face for a long time too. Put on clean clothes from the laundry I did today. And then put on some Bath and Body Works lotion and body spray, feel refreshed. About to get a cup of ice water

I’m debating whether I should have my doctor take me off the trileptal or not. We discussed it before. But I’m conflicted because on one hand it has helped with most of my manic behaviors such as spending sprees, among others. I haven’t been impulsive like I used to be. My mood has been a lot more stable since it was increased too, I haven’t been getting agitated like I used to all the time. I used to post here a lot about my agitation but it hasn’t happened in a few months. I don’t know if it’s me or the medication making the difference though.

I mean I think there’s been a big difference since it was increased a few months ago.

I didn't take the atenolol, went to sleep and had a dream about sitting in a basement, having to be careful of a cougar. I climbed up the stairs and then the cougar attacked me - I woke up, feeling, adrenaline..

I like it. I feel less sleepy too (Maybe that's why I'm up - for the first time in 2 years?) or because I forgot to take the 10mg of olanzepine too.. Idk

Set a time that you will take this bipolar med.. I think Abilify could have made me very manic (Now looking back) + ADHD was really bad (As SP knows).

Then at the end of the time, you lower the dose with caution! =]

Feeling much better today….Just for the most part relaxing day aside from work but part of me wants to break into homework so I’m ahead. Probably should but probably won’t lol.

Stash will be super happy, next week I'm ordering stuff for her from Chewy

a cactus scratching post
two 24 packs of canned cat food
a dish for her wet food
a small container to store leftover wet food in
a new toy filled with catnip
a collar with personalized tags, has her name, my number and address
Litter, two 20lb jugs
16lb bag of dry food
a food scoop
a nice cat carrier bag for trips to the vet
and a 25lb pet food airtight storage container, so I can put big bags of dry food in there and keep it fresh

Great stuff! I saw the cactus scratching post on Chewy. Super cute. I'm trying to convince my parents we have room for one of those giant cat trees that are like $100 on Chewy but they say it will have to go in my room and there is no room in my room. So alas, I don't think that Helen is getting one.

My therapist has Covid. She cancelled on me yesterday which is totally fine and rescheduled me for today. She says she feels a lot better. I hope so. I told her that if she needs to self care I understand. But so far we are "on" for tonight at 6 PM

I want to get Stash a cat tree eventually but it will be awhile down the road because it's not in the budget at the moment since I'll have to pay to get her spayed soon and get her shots. I'm thinking I'll probably get a medium sized one maybe in the summer
