Hiya Folks. Was having some (mild) kind of delusional thinking according to my T but I was able to step back and examine it when people were telling me it was delusional. I didn't get angry or defensive. I just thought about how these people care about me and if they think it is delusional, then it might be. T said this is a really good skill and that it is rare. That kind of made me feel good.


When she scheduled me for next week (yup, we're going weekly for now) she saw she already had me down at Tuesday at six! So I have my official "spot" carved out in her schedule. That feels good. Comforting.

What games are you guys playing together besides Animal Crossing?

Haven't been playing my other games besides animal crossing with anyone, but by myself I've been playing a lot of The Witcher 3, and I'm going to be playing the new Pokémon Legends Arceus when it gets delivered next week

The Witcher 3 is on sale for $9.99 on the steam store if anyone's interested. It's a really good game, it's normally $49.99, they're having their big lunar new year sale till tomorrow. I have it on my Nintendo Switch but I'm going to get the PC version also because of the better graphics

On a Futurama episode, there was one multiplied by itself to make it 3D and when they'd say it out loud, God/A galaxy sends a time machine to earth - Then they go back in history and start stealing valuable stuff lol;

Had a T appointment this afternoon, honestly I feel drained after them like not how it used to be where I felt better. I’m cutting back to every other week and seeing how it goes.

Trying to decide if I need to go to the hospital for SH. I haven't done anything but the thoughts are pretty severe. Having kind of delusional thoughts about it, won't go into it bc I don't want to trigger anyone. I have told T part of it but not today's stuff which is kind of graphic in my head. My eyes feel dark and I'm like really anxious and stuff. I can feel it in my chest. I don't want to be hospitalized but I don't know. I might need to go. Delusional thoughts are better than they were though, I think, so that's good. Hallucinations are okay. I know I need to talk to T but I don't want to.

And I am at work right now anyways so it's not like I can do anything drastic while at work.

I lost my spot with my T when i didnt contact for an appt for a month and a half. he said his case load is totally full right now, so im on a wait list

I like playing the Sims, i mostly like sims 3 but i own sims 4 as well. They arent multiplayer though

it gets worse the older u get, lol
