We also talked about my volunteering and college, work etc. The plan is to keep volunteering until the weather gets to cold/ice outside where it’s hard to walk down there. Then take a break and start college in January, take 2 classes, and focus on doing well in those. I have a habit of doing things too fast like when I started taking 5 classes at once in person, I had one very successful semester doing that then did it again the following semester and got extremely overwhelmed and mental health got worse and I had to stop/withdraw. So I am taking things slow and she said that’s good because I don’t deal well with stress at all.

We talked about how I’m doing well with volunteering. How I just focus on the different tasks and do those and try not to focus on all the people and my anxiety.

Eventually I will be able to get a part time job, I’m taking things one step at a time now though , due to my history of rushing into doing too much and failing and getting unstable.

Hi friends. I'm okay. Therapy last night was okay. Still feeling kind of disconnected to my therapist but I do feel more connected now after the appointment than I did before.

I am asking my pdoc to write me a note for work saying that my tasks need to be given to me in writing instead of verbally. Because I miss a lot verbally. I am hoping to hear back from him today. My therapist said she could do it but she would prefer my Pdoc do it since he is the MD. She didn't know if my work would accept one from her. IDK. She's a mental health professional. But we will see what pdoc will do. I hope he writes one. I hate missing a task and not knowing it was for me to do. I'm good at my job but I need clear instructions.

HUGS for everyone! Kit

I don't think I've shown you all my new rescue pup Zoey Adele. She is a tri color beagle. I love her.

SK, I love Home Alone as well, the first two. And I like Christmas Vacation a lot, The Polar Express, The Grinch (the one with Jim Carrey)

I've never seen Christmas Vacation or The Polar Express. But yes, Jim Carrey as the Grinch is the best! Oh I like Elf too.

Argh. Hearing voices again. But they are muffled. Not sure if they are real (I'm at work so it could be someone in another office but I don't know if I am just hearing them or they are real).

One of those Prozac/LSD-feeling nights. Good motivation too.

Just earlier today (Like this morning), woke up with mental pain.. It was a struggle, but now it's much better.

I think I'm just grateful with how life is + My spirituality.

There was 1x thing that really helped me for 3x days in a row

Day 1:

Day 2:

Day 3: The World Is Not an Illusion | Psychology Today
Day 4: ? Who knows...

I said I was going to lower my lithium until I saw my doctor and I did for a couple days and then I just stopped it.

Apparently I’ve been a bit irritable. Oops. Also I found myself clenching my jaw this morning. And I feel so restless.

Sigh. I see my doctor tomorrow morning.

I notice I don’t have as much anxiety when I start new meds, normally I used to freak out and start thinking I was being poisoned anytime I got a shot or took a med that was unfamiliar/new to me. I mean heck I thought that about meds that weren’t new that I took everyday for years.
