Omg, it reminds me of when I used to go to the dental school clinic in the 80s. Some of the students were really good though.

I might just have to have the vet write another prescription/refill for Mustachio's anxiety meds, they seem to help her agression (gabapentin)

Check out some of Jackson Galaxy videos on YouTube. The cat shrink who hosts "my cat from hell". He can always figure out what to do. It's usually over territory.

I'm hungry lol. This morning, the CNA brought my breakfast and said you don't eat breakfast so I'll take it away. I do eat breakfast! She just doesn't see me.

I got my flu shot yesterday and started lamotrigine last night. Woke up feeling restless, hot, and headache. I think it’s just a reaction to the flu shot. I took a Tylenol and feel better. Had coffee as well and headache is better. Just feel tired and restless.

So I’m keeping on eye for a rash or anything in case I get a reaction to lamotrigine like DRESS or something. Because that’s what they were worried about last time I tried it and I got COVID. The allergist figures it was COVID so hopefully this works out.

I'm trying samosas today, never had Indian food before in my life so thought I'd give some Indian food a try and see what it's like

Oooh samosas are delicious. If you can find paneer pakora it’s delicious too. Paneer is a Indian cheese and the pakora means it’s deep fried in a chickpea flour and spices. Kind of like a mozza stick but not as melty.

I personally love lamb biryani and vindaloo. And butter chicken.

In short Indian food is delicious.

Thanks, those sound really good! I'm trying to eat different types of foods, because I've mostly ate the same things over and over for most of my life, so I'm trying to try more things I'm sure there are tons of amazing foods I haven't tried yet so I want the change that

I've been working throught that Intuitive Eating workbook my therapist recommended to me, and it's helping me. I'm not counting calories like I used to obsessively, I'm not placing rules and stuff about what I can and cannot eat, I'm allowing myself to eat food when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full/feel I've had enough, I'm not completely cutting out certain food groups, etc Eating balanced, allowing room for treats. I'm working on my body image so I can stop hating my body, and stop trying to force it into a certain size.

The samosas I had, the filling was chicken tikki masala with a cilantro chutney dipping sauce. The grocery store also has samosas but with potato & pea filling as well (also with a cilantro chutney dipping sauce), so I'm gonna try those ones next time too so I can see how those are. There aren't many options at the grocery store for indian food, so after that I'll probably try ordering something from a local Indian resturant, just keep trying new things. I also want to try Korean food at some point, and Jamaican food as well

There's a new Christmas movie on Netflix starring Vanessa Hudgens. It's called The Knight Before Christmas. Description is medieval magic sends a 14th century knight to modern day Ohio where he falls for a high school science teacher disillusioned by love. It looks really cute, might watch it tonight I love these type of holiday movies, they put me in a positive mood
