Yeah its helped me a lot , plus my moods are a lot more stable. I don't know if that's from the abilify or the mood stabilizer I'm on or both though. Doesn't matter I guess if it works.

Now that I am back on metformin I'm gonna start carrying a candy bar with me when I'm out of the house for any significant amount of time just in case my blood sugar gets low (I'm not diabetic). Like the worse possible feeling is having low blood sugar and being away from home and no way to fix it fast.

Anyway I'm hoping this works out. I'm just going to make sure I'm eating enough and regularly too because I think last time I wasn't eating enough food. And I was on double the dose I'm on now. So that was a bad combo.

I have a dentist appointment at 9:15 am tomorrow. Hopefully it is quick. It’s just an appointment to get impressions taken for a crown.

I hope my doctor's office writes my note for work today. I definitely want my workplace to be following the reasonable accommodation that I requested and they agreed to. But they haven't been doing it. Like I don't mean to make a fuss but wth. I would like to see them try to work with Schizoaffective disorder and ADHD.

Still good waking up today. I went to bed at "130pm", looked at the clock, "303am" - Had to take another 1/2 zopiclone with a 0.25mg of clonazepam under my tongue.

I was shaking my foot, hyper.. I thought "Will the benzo stop this?" - And gradually, I stopped being hyper.. Next thing I know, I fall asleep...

The thoughts though.. Very very clear thoughts last night (I hope it will be today). I dripped more Semax into my nose, nicotine, coffee and the Vyvanse worked ok this morning. All of these, synergy =]

Just got to be aware of the mild phenibut withdrawal related glutamate excitotoxicity.

My mom isn't going to drink until the vacation (And she told me not to either) - So I'll read more about fasting (Which can improve meditation) + Get detox tinctures or something. But going on a hike today.

Have had a headache all day. Took some ibuprofen just now. Hoping it helps. I thought It'd go away on its own but it didn't.

Maybe this mush tea will help me.

I can't really talk to that autistic friend right now. It's too much. I've gotten better somewhat over the year.... But I can't constantly talk all of the time. She (M2F) also has AvPD. So I feel bad but I have to put myself first.

I'm better on my own.

She would abuse so much speed... and write walls of text. And I'm not the same person anymore (My mom says that being less impulsive, reckless, manic, self destructive is BETTER) - And I got influenced, went back to my old state.. Bought C and M, flushed those. I've changed. I don't like these stims.

This person is likely 1% top category of genius. Most intelligent person I've met.

I just want to continue being the best version of myself, although idk who that is.. The DP/DR is gone.. and it's like, if I were writing this to some galaxy, far away.. Hidden through encrypted energy in another dimension, behind a door, leading to more doors - and so on.

I don't feel like walking all the way to the dentist, oh well though, I just need to get it over with, at least it's an early appointment so I have the rest of the day to do what I want, I hate middle of the day/or late appointments, I feel like I can't get anything done because I'm waiting for them anxiously.

When I get home I'm gonna get on the treadmill, then finish the cleaning I started this morning. I woke up at 3am and have been up since, it's 7:30am now

My dentist appointment lasted 2 hours. Two whole hours in the chair getting stuff done. Have to schedule two more appointments one for a filling, one to get the permanent crown put in, and the. Eventually I have an extraction I need to get done as well.

I don’t know what to do about the cats. They’re always fighting. Like big fights. Mustachio has been pissed off since Maybelle moved in in March and it’s just getting worse , it’s always Mustachio instigating things.

I might just have to have the vet write another prescription/refill for Mustachio's anxiety meds, they seem to help her agression (gabapentin)

So I saw the doctor and told him about my thirst and how I lowered then went off lithium and that I was agitated and dumb.

Anyway off lithium and now on lamotrigine. Start going on it tonight hopefully I don’t get really dizzy or anything.

I also got my flu shot.

I can’t focus on work today it’s annoying. I just want to go around and do things but not sit around and work.
