I have been having a real problem daily when I am at work I feel that my coworkers are climbing in my head and saying I am A bad person which makes me even more paranoid, then I get the shakes really bad then I feel them staring at me I Just don't know what to do any more.

That must be really distracting, and upsetting Scott. I'm sorry you are having to go through this.

I noticed that you posted this in the schizophrenia forum. Have you been diagnosed with that, or any other mental illness?

How long has this been going on? Tell us more about you, like how old you are, do you live alone, are you in therapy? on any meds? and anything else you could share. That way we might be able to help you more.
