Hello there.

Recently, I've come to realised that I tend to have various of thoughts at one time while I'm trying to focus on something.

Because of this, I couldn't concentrate much on my studies and sometimes the thoughts have sidetracked me from doing something.

Some thoughts are just inappropriate while some based on what happened to me during the day or the past few days.

Is this over thinking or something else?

Please help.
I'm kinda scared with this condition that I have.
Thanks.

hi eunkay
I really wouldn't consider it a condition. this is really quite normal. you just need to learn to let the thoughts pass through without judging them. just imagine them as clouds floating past and refocus on what you need to. welcome to psych central. you will find we have several forums where you can post about your concerns and receive feedback from other members. you will get a lot of support here. again, welcome.
