I found this cool book, which I am going to buy. It may also be available at your library. Its called Lori Schiller’s The Quiet Room. Amazon.com has it for ten dollars. This book is about self help for schizophrenia.

Here is another great book, which can be found on Amazon.com............ The Bipolar Disorder Survival Guide: What You and Your Family Need to Know

I found this book about anxiety and panic disorder. It's called
The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook, Fourth Edition
It too can be found at Amazon.com

I have found some of the best books I have at Amazon.com
You can also get them used for a fraction of the regular cost's.
Thanks for this!

Yes, I love Amazon's used feature where other sellers sell their book(s). I've bought books there for pennies. A good online used bookstore comparison program is Addall:

http://www.addall.com/

They do both new and used booksite comparisons. I have their link on my home page and look for used/rare books through them all the time.

I would like to add this great book that takes a different approach to depression (I think it's a good read, whether you're depressed or not). It's based on mindfulness/meditation and CBT:

The Mindful Way Through Depression
By J. Mark G. Williams, John D. Teasdale, Zindel V. Segal, Jon Kabat-Zinn
