Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else has read this book about CBT by David Burns. Personally, I have found it to be a very helpful explanation of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and gives some really great self-help advice. Any thoughts? |

I started reading it but I think it's something I'll go back to. I do think it was well written but I think Mindfulness is working better for me. I've found the BAI and BDI checklists very helpful working with my doctor

I love this book. I've read most of it years ago (god forbid I finish a book!), but I keep it in the bathroom (I hate admitting that) and will flip through it randomly and start reading. I find it very helpful reading a few pages at a time now; it gives me a fresh perspective every time!
