Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help me. I feel so lost and very alone in this. I just moved to a new town in a different county. I have bipolar II disorder and have little to know money. Does anyone know where I can look to to find some resources to help me?

Hi Not knowing exactly where you are it would be difficult to give you any kind of helpful referrals. I hope things get better soon. Here's a starting point:

Goodness, that may be helpful... I'm in Battle Ground WA. Thank you for that link. I will look into it right away!

I'd find the library; they usually have a whole section on "local" sources of help and magazines, brochures, etc. to go along with it. Too, the reference librarians can be very helpful!

You might also figure out your local hospital's name and look up its website and look at courses and things they offer in their community outreach section. The county recreation center brochure might be helpful too. Look up your county's website and check their links for what catches your interes.

NAMI has good support groups and are usually everywhere since it is a national organization.
Thanks for this!
