Haven't been keeping with fitness lately.

Starting tomorrow morning I will be exercising and eating healthy again. My goal is to lose 30lbs. That's just part of the weight I need to lose but it's a good start

Last week was a good fitness week for me. Walked at lunch 3x and hit the gym 2x. I am aiming for the gym at least 3x a week
Thanks for this!

No fitness stuff lately, it's been too hot. I am going to try and get some exercise in later this week if/when it cools off a bit

It has been awfully hot. I am grateful for the free (air conditioned!) gym at work

I'm trying to use the work gym 2-3 times a week
Thanks for this!

That's great growlycat!

Today has went well so far with the healthy eating, snacking on fruit instead of candy bars. Still eating things I enjoy just in moderation now

Aw, this thread shouldn't die.

My own contribution: I fell off the wagon with trying to improve my eating habits. I've blown almost 25 dollars on junk food (mostly fast food) in the past 4 days. In plan on paying myself that much in money I can't spend on cool stuff as punishment, and I figure I'll just try to restabilize. Its too bad, i felt great while eating well.

I've been doing zumba classes rekindled dancing within me. Still eating semi healthy very little got a new job have to wait a whole month for a check. Losing and gaining weight getting more endurance. I added new moves to my regimen was going 3 times a week been going almost daily except for Sundays.

Taking more group exercise classes.

I have issues with showering and flossing my teeth. I am not proud of this but it is true. I only average about 2 showers a week and sponge bathe the rest of the time. My goal tonight is to shower before bed since I know that I won't do it before my 8am doctor's appointment tomorrow. I floss when I remember to do so but I forget a lot. I will try to improve that. I played around with some makeup that my Mom got me and am starting to think it might be okay to wear a little bit now and again. It was kinda fun playing around with it. Exercise wise the husband and I try to walk three times a week, I simply use my outdoor walker. We eat fairly healthy with the exception of when I get in a funk and only eat once a day but that hasn't happened in a long time thank goodness.

I cooked for myself and ate fairly healthy last night. And my dog the thief counter surfed his way to some extra (and healthy for him too) food.

I need to make 7 hours of sleep a priority.

I've exercised daily for the last three days and I feel great. Well, except for a lot o worrying about my diet, both my overeating and the moral/environmental effects of said diet. So anxiety won't leave me alone. But my body feels great and I'm more focused and awake.

For self care today I used my coping skills to get through a bad mood. I journaled, played a game, drew in my sketchbook, and had a cup of tea.
