That's a really good one. Mine is to get a little more exercise every day. It's not easy but it helps i think.

I've started doing this too: after a too-many-months-long spell of getting hardly any exercise at all, I've started walking, and going a little further each day and walking a little more briskly almost every time as well. I go in the evening, because it's cooler which I like and plus the walk feels a little more comfortably private, a world of my own, once the townsfolk are already nestled snug in their houses. I bring my ipod along so that I can get an hour of music therapy in at the same time. Hopefully before it gets too cool to walk in the evening, which will be soon, I'll be fit enough to work out at the gym without fainting!

Baby steps. But growing towards more.

That's one of the best ones I can think of and to get up and get dressed everyday.

Not day sleeping. Being unemployed sometimes I just crawl back under the comforter and ignore everything. As a result nothing is happening, and to be honest, it's frightening. So I have made the goal that no matter what, no napping, no crawling back into bed. It is something really humiliating and I also know it shows how stressed I am and I have started to reach out for support. I was kind of ignoring this whole thing and coming onto PC has really helped me to start confronting myself and changing what needs to be changed. I will only be convinced I have stopped the habit of day sleeping if I get from now to the new year without doing it. So that is my daily personal goal, and I think everything will happen from keeping to this goal.

My big goals right now are getting ready for the day and tracking my calories on an app in my phone. I used to have like 7 or 8 goals and got overwhelmed. I think working on one or two at a time is more helpful.

To meditate every day. It is important, it turns my day into a good one and organizes the rest of it.

Good idea! To breathe to bad it doesn't take the pain or withdrawal away
