Thanks for pointing that out @Tart Cherry Jam. I'm actually not sure how I feel about hitting 500 posts. In one way it's good because it shows I've been trying to take better care of my teeth for a while now, but the flip side of that is I feel maybe I should have made more progress.

Alas, my narcolepsy medication has started to cause dry mouth. Somehow this side effect took more than a week to develop even though I have been on the same dose.

I will see my dentist in February for cleaning and will ask her for recommendations, too. It is annoying.
