My biggest habit challenge is going to bed consistently and on time.

10:50PM
tonight. Not too bad. My immediate goal is to always go to bed no later than 11PM.

Geodon 40 mg
Seroquel 75 mg


Gabapentin 1200 mg+Vitamin B-complex (against extrapyramidal side effects)

Long term side effects from medications, some of them discontinued:
- hypothyroidism
- obesity BMI ~ 38
