Well, almost a year. I did not do any damage to my body except cut a toe nail too low and it hurts. Well the trigger about this is that I am wanting to see blood flow. I actually looked up anatomy and physiology last night and was trying to see the best way to do what I wanted. Man, this must be telling me I am too stressed and too angry. Looking at veins and thinking that if I could do "this" it would feel better. Well, tough times and I am waiting for a letter from super. Man I am tired of juggling. Today I had a friend come to help dismantle the modular desk in my new office so the phone guy could fix the jack the right way and they were two hours late and my friend was great but what a pain in the butt. Tomorrow is staqff meeting. I hate it! I am having strong feelings about blood letting and they are not subsiding. Glad I am not a doc or nurse huh? Sorry guys, it stinks to be here but I am sorry you have to see it too.

WW, you have done so great to make it this long! I am so proud of you. And I know that it's been a very difficult year for you too. I hope the next one is much better.

Would donating blood be an option for you? I really wish that I could do that, but they won't let me because I had hepatitis A more than 20 years ago. But maybe that would make you feel better, and help someone at the same time.

Take Care, and let us know if we can help you in any way.

Can you call your T or someone who can talk you through it? There must be something to distract you. How about finger painting? I know, it's silly and childish, but that's the idea--to do something different to get "other things" off your mind.

Inky, you are right and actually watching the blood letting from a donation would satisfy me I believe. What a great idea. I am not at risk at this point but those feelings are so darned strong!!!!!!!!!!!

((((((((((WW)))))))))) Let us know how the blood donating thing goes. If it doesn't help, there's a few people in here that have wonderful ideas for distractions. You've done so well. Please come to us for support if it continues to stay out of hand. Much love dear friend.
