T didn't help at all with the trigger i read

need support so much. My T didn't help with the fb i had because of what was read here. We're so apart. The one who survived the beatings was never present in t. or anywhere - i didn't thik she survived. It was a shock to see her and feel her and know her history.

T wasn't impressed. He said that he's a contractor- he helps if he can and he wasn't able to help.

We're lost.
There's so much paian about learning the past events and about who we are now. T brought up names of my part's friends and it was so upsetting to think that it was true. We're in shock.

Please, is there a way to live with knowing this?

i'm in a library somewhereeee, i can't go home like this- i can't resume my life like this. T can't help me.
He doesn't know how to help.

Can you call a friend to come and meet you? Do you have someone IRL that can help?

You need to breathe. Maybe go to the Ladies Room and wash your face. Get a drink of water and try to regroup.

I know how badly you've been treated and I hate to suggest that you call 911 or go to the ER but I don't know what else to say, hon. I don't exactly know how to help you.

Remembering the past even through layers of ourselves really stinks. Alters are layers to me. Layers that chose to protect me from what happened. Getting through each layer is different and always new to me. srry you are triggered so much. Hate when that happens!!!!!
