---- I am very truly sorry to hear that ----
I rememnber the agony when I was actively cutting myself and how difficult it really is not to do it.
One of the things I found most helpful in stopping or slowing down first........was never to have cutting instruments at hand.'
If I had to run out to the store to get something it gave me the extra time needed to respond differently.
I really know the agaony you go thru and how difficult it is and hope in the future you can reach out and touch someone first. I do care and will keep you in my prayers for a safe recovery.

Nothing's wrong with you. It's not weird or whatever. Just check out the list of suggestions and do one of them instead. And also, ditch the razor blade.

Hey Hon..........

First problem: Get that razor blade OUT of your wallet & OUT OF YOUR LIFE!!!!

Second, SI is almost like a drug habit; I haven't cut in about 8 years; tonight I got in a very emotional argument w/ my hubby/soul mate...he was drunk & cut off all communication (and I had dressed up especially for him tonight!!) so I got out the old reliable Swiss Army knife & it worked just like it used to. The more blood, less anger & pain..........but he's going to have a %#@&#! fit tomorrow morning when he sees the kitchen floor! (yeah, not funny)

We, (SI) should NOT keep "tools of opportunity" around if there's even the slighest urge....I should have known better!

Hang in there, kiddo..........we'll all find an alternative........the sooner the better.......it's summer, I cannot wear long sleeves! I Just Did It! I Just Did It! I Just Did It! I Just Did It!

You're NOT alone........PM me if you want if you want some superb web sites for SIers!

your not alone if that is any comfort... I too could not handle the frustration and overwhelming bad feelings about myself and I too gave in to find relief.... I did it bad this time and it scares me.... I have not told anyone it is on my stomach...but I totally understand your pain and why you do it...there is nothing wrong with you it is how we deal with our feelings and emotions at least it is for me...I hate it so much but cant stop
I Just Did It!

(((((psyclox))))) (((((hope4me2)))) (((((Dayzee9)))) I don't understand much about SI, but I do know what it feels like to hurt mentally and emotionally. I hope all of you start to feel better soon! I'll be thinkin' about you all.
