I've been feeling so down lately, especially at night. I tried calling friends. And of course I resorted to cutting. It didn't help at all. This is one of the first times where it didn't even faze me. It seems like nothing does. Why won't anything help. The other day I woke up drenched in sweat with my muscles aching cause they were so tense. So last night I took a sleeping pill. After a few hours I finally fell asleep. I woke up feeling just like I did when I had fallen asleep, lonely, frustrted, and upset. Now I am at work and one of the people I was working with was helping me out and we were talking about the subjects in a study done. He had said prozac in one of those tones. You know the tone. I know he didn't mean it but it really hurt. Now I'm down again. I took another med and I'm hoping it will help soon. I don't know what to do to shake this.

I sorry you feel so bad. I hope you feel better soon. I know it's not much but it's all I can do. That and I'll listen if you wanna talk. *HUG*

I am so sorry you are feeling so poorly. The negative feelings are so hard to deal with. Sometimes it helps me to journal or post as you have done. You are not alone.
