I forgot to take my meds for 5 days in a row. I completely broke down and couldn't hndle anything. My computer with chat no longer works so I had no one to go to for help so I did the only thig I could think of, I called the suicide hotline. I was really scared at first but I figured nothing worse could happen. It was the best decision I made all week. I don't remember his name but the guy I talked to ws reall calming. For most of the time we just talked about normal stuff and I didn't realize how much I needed that. He came up with the idea of sticking my meds in my pockets at night cause I am supposed to take them i the morning but always forget untill I'm in school. I think this will really help. I'm still a litle on edge, but I think I ca make it untill I have my appointment with my T. Thanks for listening.

Good job on deciding to call the suicide line. You seem to want to get better and I am proud of you for that. Keep up the good work!!

I think it was a great idea to call the suicide hotline... well done! I'm also glad you got such a useful suggestion. I hope it works for you.
