Eight months is really good! Does it help you to think of what you have accomplished and adding to that and making it even longer? Sorry you are having a rough time. It happens to all of us from time to time. You could tell us more about what's going on if you like, or write it down on paper, and then you can tear it up, or you can take it and show it to your therapist if that seems okay to you. I know it feels rotten to be upset with your therapist, but when you talk to them about how you feel and why, then it can be a real opportunity for growth.

Sometimes it helps just to know that people are out there who care. We do. I'm glad you posted and asked for help. You might also want to read some of the ideas for other ways to cope. There are some that are pretty good.

Eight months is great! I am sorry you are having problems with your t right now. Is it something you can talk to them about? If not can you write it down and hand it to them? Even if you don't give it to them sometimes just writing it helps. There is a great post here that gives other ways to cope when things seem bleak. Do your best and I hope that you and your t can work things out soon. Take care of yourself you deserve it.

Audrey,

First, congratulations on reaching out. Its a sign that you are healing. Continue to do so. Maybe you can reach out to a friend or family member to share your frustrations about your T. Or even write out a letter to your T (mailed or unmailed). You're doing great!
