Hi people

I just wanted to say that I used to self injure in high school, but I don't anymore. I just want people to know that you CAN get over this habit.

For me I find that staying away from reading about SI helps me. Once it was out of my mind for a certain amount of time, it was no longer an obsession for me.

Hope seems like a pretty useless thing though... Sorry. Well done for getting over it!

That's great that you were able to quit. I commend you for the strenght it took to do that and keep doing it.

Congrats on your success in stopping. It sounds like you had a good strategy for you to stop.

I too have not SI'd in quite a while. I would also like to encourage everyone that it is possible to make it through. Keep trying you can do it too.

Congrats! I too, haven't SI'd in about 3 months. Not to say it isn't incredibly hard, but the feeling the next morning when you wake up and know you didn't do it the night before? Priceless.

Keep up the awesome work!
