Where no one knows the pain you left behind
And all the peace you could never find
Is waiting there to hold and keep you
Welcome to the first day of your life

Just open up your eyes as I lay you down tonight
Safe on the other side
No more tears to cry

Please now that you will only be hurting yourself - it's not a long-term solution to anything.

You've come 30 days - well done! Now please hang in there and don't do anything. Can you talk to someone - who will look after you, take away tools, and if they deem things to be too dangerous, take you to hospital?
Please don't do this now..

Awesome Angel!!! Please remember - you are a uniquely created being, made by God in his eyes. By SI'ing, you are only hurting yourself. It makes no sense. I won't make things get better. The release you feel is only temporary. You are left with the physical scars.
Your desire to SI comes from deeper issues - issues that can be resolved. Issues that will pass. Please don't damage your body, because of what is happening on the inside.

I'm sorry you're going through so much pain, but well done for standing so strong!

Yes, very good! Do you understand what is causing your SI urges?

Sounds like you are on the right track Angel. It is scary but you can do it anyway, just take your time, okay. Keep us posted?

(((Angel))) - I'm so sorry.
Can I please ask you to phone your T next time you feel so low? Just to see if she has any motivational messages to keep you grounded

I would suggest not measuring your success on if you cut or not but on if you are working on the issues or not or at least trying to work on the issues that are causing the urges.
