In therapy the only thing we have established is that how i ruin my relationships because I'm scared of loss. I'm scared of losing the one peson who has always been there for me and saved my life. I always react and get angry and fight to keep it...

Who is this one person? I'm confused how you would ruin relationships because you are afraid of loss? I would think that you would put up with bad relationships because you are afraid of loss? Are you going to therapy every week? How long have you been going? I'm really glad that you are in therapy.
