I haven't cut, burned or hit myself in about two months now. I've had the occasional urge to do it but nothing serious until now. For the past three days I've been feeling ok one minute and the next the smallest thing can just bring me down to rock bottom and it kills me not to cut myself. Someone can say something that's not even negative but then I start thinking and the thoughts turn negative and it gets bad from there. It's just been getting worse and worse and I can't explain why.

Anything change recently? Are you worried about anything coming up?

No, if anything I should be relaxed right now. I mean I just got out of school, but maybe it's because I've been feeling really angry lately and not letting it out?

I hate ups and downs. Have you talked to your T about it??? Try distractions. I'm finding Kitten Therapy very good right now. Patting purry kitties seems to make me feel good. :S

Getting out of school is a change and even good change can be unsettling. Yes, being really angry and bottling it up can certainly cause SI urges. Can you talk about your anger?
