I totally get what you are feeling. It's been 11 years since I last SI'ed and today I bought razor blades and have the strong urge to SI but I'm also feeling very nervous and worried about it because I know there are other coping strategies I could use and I don't want to, but the urge is making me scared.

I know how you are feeling...thinking of the consequences and deciding to or not to based on the situation. For me it's situational. Good job for staying SI-free for so long - 7 months is a long time.

Yayyyy I'm so happy to hear that you have choosen not too! The feeling is all mental, you know you shouldn't so that makes you nervous, you know that you will get an endorphin rush and feel better so you are anxious for that, that's all, but congrats again on not! Very strong, you should be proud of yourself
