No it is not easy at all. I'm in PC using this place to cure myself, and it works.
i just pray it goes on like i mean to set out.

I hate the scars on my body that i done myself, but i am drawn to s/h all the time, but when i am i just think of PC; weird that my therapy is coming from here.
I still need my T, but i get more help here than i have ever recived anywhere.LOL

Glad PC is helping so much. Know it's a wonderful site for support. Just wondering if you have ever gotten involved in DBT therapy where they teach you the skills to deal with the issues you are dealing with? I know that all my therapy before I started working on the DBT seemed SO USELESS....but learning the skills & the ability to be observant or myself & what thoughts are actually going on internally along with learning skills to be able to act wisely on those thoughts has been the most valuable experience I have been involved in
