I went 3 years SI free and even got to the point eventually i stopped thinking about it with no help did it all alone and was fine with that. A month ago i lost it, i was quite drunk which didn't help and messed up 3 years of hard work. Now i feel like i'm back at square one something goes wrong it's the first thing i turn to and i can't work out how i got through it last time, just can't stop thinking about it now, any tips?

That is a very very hard thing to go through. Work lost is hard.

I guess my tip to not self harm would be to remember the memories of building and creating.
The work you have lost you can gain again.

Think or tap into those memories of the time when you were not aware of that part of you're life, where you have moved on from the thought of self harm.

Try to think ahead.

Good Luck.
I hoped this helped.

Keeping yourself busy, always helps. But don't stress about what you do, just focus on gaining what you accomplished back, it can be done.

Good luck, and reflection of the things you have done to stop always helps, (but don't for get to do those things )
Have a spectacular Day

You went 3 years without SI that is quite the accomplishment. Don't let this slip up take that away. Do you understand what caused you to SI again?
