im fighting the urge to do it all day but not sure how much longer il last im scared and i hate that i keep doing it but i dont know how to stop. im so weak. i just hate myself so much for not being a better person

You are not weak. Even if you slip up, you are still strong for fighting SI all the tiem and for coping with whatever is causing you to want to SI. Can you tell why you feel like SI'ing? I know it's hard to fight the urge when it's so frequent, but you can do it. if wanted.

I don't think that you are weak when you SI. I think a person is wounded when they SI. I don't think that it has anything to do with not being a better person either. Wounded people are not bad people.

I can totally relate to how you're feeling. It's a very tough situation to be in. Keep fighitng and hopefully the urge will give up and go away. Please keep us posted on how things are going. Thinking of you
