Granite -

You haven't burned everyone out. I am still here. I don't have any wise word or advice to offer you because I am not in a good place right now either, but I wanted you to know you are not alone

Granite, if someone is burnt out it's because of their own stuff. Not because of you. People are here, and they do care about you.

I know cutting is a control thing for me too. It's hard to give up control of one thing we CAN control when everything in our life seems like it's a total mess and complicated and bad.

Why can't you say anything to anyone? Do you have someone to talk to about this offline, a therapist?

Why do you hate yourself? What do you hate in your life, any way you can change some things for the better?

Hey Granite, try starting something new. Don't tell anyone about it, just try it. It worked for me until my parents found out. Learn how to knit or crochet, or start reading a new book series, something you choose for yourself, and keep it to yourself. At least for now. Take over control of something you like; it may help you hold on <3
