I need to be able to make the changes, but I'm so scared. the SI that I do, I'll be honest, its about every week, and when I'm alone. The biggest thing is how i live. I have the TV on when ever I am home, regardless of what work I need to get done. What else can I do to let go of the fear?

If you are waiting for the fear to go away it ain't going to happen. The only way that fear goes away is by moving forward and facing it and working through it. Be sure to use the help of your therapist.
