i have been cutting every night. and its to the point im doing it on my arms and legs and people are asking me if i fell into a thorn bush. i cant hold back anymore... i need to cut. its like apart of me now. the pain is addictive. i am so numb i need to feel some sort of feeling... fml..

Katie, you MUST inform your therapist how bad things are right now. Do your parents know?

my therapist knows, and wants me to use other coping skills but idk it doesnt work that well for me. and no my parents dont know and they never will.

Whenever you see my light on, come talk to me! I can be your distraction...Cutting isn;t good, try snapping a rubber band on your wrist. This can help, it helped me.

Is your T working with you on what the real problems are that are causing this extreme need to SI? Your T doesn't tell your parents about this? Isn't she required to?

You CAN stop. Coping skills take practice and don't always work right away. Talk to your therapist about it. Please take this and yourself seriously. Cutting is not the way.
