i know people on this forum don't know me well so it is ok if you don't want to respond or anything .i don't have much to say exsept i want to SI. i havnt done it for about two months . sense before x-mas. it wasn't good .i think that is the reason my T put me in hosp. not sure but i know i will not tell her thistime it is whatever. maybe i should e-mail her .even though i am not supose to

it's good that you haven't done it in a while and i hope you continue on that good path, but if not that doesn't take away from your progress. do you have any idea of what recently has made you want to do it? i also think that you should tell someone so they can help you and give you support. but why do you not want to tell your T?

hang in there. there are many people here who love to help and offer support.

Just because you slipped doesn't mean you can't start not SI'ing tomorrow. Why don't you trust your T enough.

i accually made it with out SIing and am doing a bit better today. i didn;t mean to bother anyone .thanks for responding
