I cut again today. I had been about 4 weeks strong. Cutting was what got me into the hospital and im so ashamed I cut this time. I promised a lot of people I wouldn't do it again, but things like this I guess you should never promise.

I too have relapsed and have started cutting again. Not to the extent I use to, but still cutting. I have found that wearing a rubber band and snapping it on your wrist does help a small amount, but not to the extent that cutting did. I hope the best for you!

4 weeks is a brilliant... the fact that you haven't cut in that long is pretty cool. It proves that you are strong. That you can beat this <3

Is it really addictive? I never have the guts to cut but I do hurt myself (like banging my head in the wall) when I'm having panic/anxiety attack. Sometimes I just sleep for days just to keep my mind at peace.

Yes it hurts, but sometimes I don't even feel it because I space out and have learned to block the pain. I also beat myself to want bruising. I do not wish you start cutting because it is hard to stop altogether.
