arrrgh...feel totally overwhelmed right now, everyone is talking about exams in a month and how hard they're gonna be and i'm studying so hard but i'm still getting real freaked out, i feel like doing sum damage to myself just to relieve it...I'M NOT GOING TO...but i feel like doing it anyway...so really, really stressed

Oh yes zombiette,
I most DEFINETELY hear you there!! Classes and evaluations of any sort are too bloody stressful. I'm in the same boat, I would love to do it, but I can't. Something that is kinda working for me is going out and getting exercise or finding some time to go to the mall or anywhere where there's people (unless social situations stress you out, then I'd recommend watching a funny movie or reading a NON school-related novel.). Try to take care of yourself - and I know you'll do fine on your exams - you're smart, and you're studying too!! ![]() ((((((Hugs))))))))

This is some things that my T tells me.....
a few things you can do when feeling overwhelmed is: 1. Ask yourself if you are feeling any phsycial reaction to your stresss.. like racing heart beat, tight muscles. 2. "Watch" the physical Reaction ... it will quieten 3. Ask yourself what you need right now? Is it connecting with someone supportive. Is it a small nap, or a walk, |
