UGH! I am struggling with not resorting to SI. I want to sooooo badly and I know that I will regret it later. I have so much negativity going on in my life right now that it would provide me some release and make me feel good for just a bit of time. That's all I need...to feel good for just a bit.
I'm afraid to disappoint my husband again because I just got stitches out like 2 weeks ago from the last time I couldn't stop myself! I am sooooo frustrated!!!

Hey only! I know how you feel when you're frustrated and stressed and struggling with so many things in life, and can only think about resorting to SI... But always remember, that you are stronger than this! I know from personal experience that once you begin, stopping SI is so incredibly difficult, but it is possible. Just think about the increase in negativity and disappointment if you actually follow through with these desires, things will only be so much worse. The present pleasure wouldn't be worth the long-term depression. I know that you're stronger than this, don't let it control you my friend, okay? Maybe try to do something that will distract your mind from thinking about SIing. For me, I love watching movies, and taking long walk - I'm about to watch a movie now after I get off PC. So, whatever it is for you that makes you genuinely happy, without regret, try to do it. Whether it's listening to music, or talking to your husband, it doesn't necessarily matter, as long as it keeps your mind off of wanting to SI. Many, many hugs to you you can do it, dear

Thanks! I will try to watch a comedy! That would be a positive distraction! I will try my best to not do anything because i don't want to deal with my disappointment later in myself and the anger that comes along with failing to stop myself!!
