most relief? Arms - but that area is not really "allowed" due to visibility. So - pretty much anywhere that the skin is tender like thighs and rear end. Also sides seems to be very effective for myself.

Thighs I guess, but I don't do it where anyone can ever see. I like to do the side of my wrist though, right where the bone is. I pretend it's just a paper cut.

My inner ankle. Maybe because it was my first spot both the first time I did it and the first place the first time I started again years later.

However, I don't do there anymore (surprisingly too visible) so I think that my thighs are my second choice.

My thighs, but also my wrists when I know there'll be bad weather so I'd have to wear long sleeves anyway

arms(usually the left), upper and lower. Have tried other places, but did not get the desired effects.

I receive no more relief, from those days, but it was my left arm. All but the sa faded.

One scar, upper right thigh, above where my shorts for basketball would fall.

Like a few others have said. My arms give me the most relief but since I have to hide it I have to settle for my legs.

Wrists because it serves as a constant reminder. But I usually go for the legs so nobody notices except for me

I prefer the tougher skin, so most of my cuts are on the outside of my calf and thigh (right side) or my ankle. Though I also like the top of my left forearm, and I cover that up as cat scratches because everyone knows that my cat is really aggressive.

I find it doesn't hurt to make the cut, but it starts stinging something fierce about a minute later.
