If you have a Dr or therapist you may want to call them and get an emergency appointment to see your therpist or Dr so that meybe they can adjust your medicaiton at this time. don't know what set us off that night upset over life maybe sometimes it is hard sometimes we seem to not be here and cut to get back get away from memories
