billie don't be too hard on yourself we all relapse every once in a while. I am sorry you don't remember though. Do you see a t? That may be something to bring up to them. Stay safe.

yeah I see a T, but she doesn't really talk to me about SI. When I bring it up she usually changes the subject.
I am on new meds now so I think that may be the prob. I see my psych soon, but he is so new and he doesn't know I SI. I can't tell him. I am too scared.

Sending you courageous thoughts your way...

The more info you can give your p-doc usually the better they can help.

Mine doesn't seem to be too concerned about SI - more interested in changing my reactions to things.

Which in the long run I can see is beneficial - short run I don't know...

I bought my favorite blades last week...hanging in there, but feeling week.

So don't be too hard on yourself.
