well - i did send my post in here to that former T of mine and POOF I'm back in therapy. I was so freaked out to go, but we really didn't launch into the topic; just established it and she said we're going to be very careful, not purposely dig up anything scary, and work on stabilization (since it is my alters who do the injury). Oh - that means I see her tomorrow. eeek.

I've never done that but I've thought about it before. That's a more sensitive area, so I know it will hurt more than other places. I wanted to do it for punishment but I know it's absurd so I always erase the thought from my mind.
I have done it underneath my knockers if that counts...
