Has anyone read "Women Who Hurt Themselves" by Dusty Miller?

It follows the story of four women that deal with patterns of self abuse like alcohol, bulimia, SI, cosmetic surgery/excessive dieting etc.

Even if you don't suffer from those particular issues, this book explains how we reenact trauma in our own way as we wage war on ourselves, not only physically but mentally.

I recommend it!

Edited to add "Trauma and Recovery" by Judith Lewis Herman.
