12 days. I wanted to SI today but I didn't...I laid in my bed instead and took a nap. Felt better after I woke up.

3 days. I'm super triggered with other stuff tonight and sometimes I use si to deal with those triggers but I'm determined to not give in tonight. I'm watching tv tonight and going to go to bed soon to try to make another day.

A week it has been a while since I could say that.
I'm working on reducing the scarring now I don't think it will fade but it gives me a focus as part of the attraction in cutting is caring for the wound afterwards, as though I have to give myself a reason to be kind to myself. |

I wanted to self-harm today because I was mad at myself for confusing the time of my therapy appointment and, therefore, missing my appointment. But I went to see a friend, instead. So it has been 16 days.
