I was just the definition of poor impulse control. Didn't even give myself a chance to think about it. Good reason to not keep blades around but seeing that I was at work that's impossible since the tool of my trade is a box cutter. Anyway 181 days... Back to zero.

1 day. Well, technically 20 hours. But I have a safety plan/contract in place now and have no plans or desire to do anything tonight.
