Since yesterday. I had been doing so well and then had a slip up. and of course I had to see my psychiatrist today and he made me show him my arms. It was awful.

It's been an hour or so. But I've been so depressed and lifeless these past couple weeks that even finding the energy to hurt myself seems insurmountable, like "what's the point?".
