6 and a half weeks, although it almost went to hell last night.
I had was so heartbroken, sobbing uncontrollably over losing my dog that I got all my harm objects ready, but then I chatted with Stella in chat and called my dad, and just went to bed after that....at like 6am. I'm still struggling, butI know I have to face these emotions, no matter how painful they are. It's the only way to get better. Seesaw |

*Trigger warning*
SI would be one of the first things that came to my mind when I was upset, and I had this unhealthy view on scars. And although it's okay to struggle on holidays/special events, remembering how I hurt myself on Christmas and my birthday makes me a little :/. However it has been a while since I have last cut. It wasn't very official; I didn't tell myself "Okay I am going to try my best to avoid SI!" I just haven't thought about it as much. I don't know if I have stopped forever, but for now this is progress. |

It has been 870 days which is two and a half years since the last time I cut.
And this is coming from someone who did it on a daily basis for 4 freaking years. Every day. for 4 years. And now completely clean for 2 and a half. |

I think 9 days.
In other related news... I'm right handed so my left arm is the worst but mostly the underside of it. I got a couple new tattoos yesterday and one is near the top of that arm. He didn't want to tattoo over the scars because it might not look good. Anyway, so I'm pretty sure that I won't be

I had 7 weeks under my belt and then a relapse. But we're learning from it. It's been an experience for my dad and I to grow closer and for him to understand more how to help me and for me how I need to ask him for help.
Remember everyone, relapse is part of recover, if you learn from it. Seesaw |

Just over 8 months.
Yet here I am downloading music from when I was younger and frequently cut, listening to it while the urge is already present... I've been doing so well, but now I just feel like I don't care anymore.
