It's been a couple hours. I was called a fat ugly b**** and so I carved those words on my leg. It's great when the worst things you believe about yourself are confirmed, isn't it. I hate myself.

10 hours. Before that it had been 3 days. Got into a massive fight with my mom and sister and locked myself in my room for the rest of the night. Promised my mom I wouldn't cut days ago but couldn't keep the promise last night.

I guess it's been about 10 days, possibly 2 weeks. I have difficulty telling what day it is, so that's an estimate. That's pretty good since I've been having urges every day. Last night I had urges really bad so I called my mom. She was like, so what happens when we get off the phone, then you'll go hurt yourself? And I said, no, the idea is that you are going to distract me until I'm not dwelling on these thoughts anymore. Anyways, I did make it through the night. So that's good.

2 months, 1 week, and, ermmm...3 days.
My t said she was pleased. She said it twice. I think she almost said 'proud', then changed it to pleased. But I miss it, sometimes hardly at all but sometimes sooooooooooo bad. |
