~Rx: Wellbutrin 150mg, Gabapentin 2700mg, VIstaril 50mg, Prazosin 2mg, Klonopin 3mg, Trazodone 100mg, Thorazine 50mg

I had a few really awful birthdays in a row, and my depression tends to hit me hard around it every year now. That's the only thing I can think of..

It makes sense that your birthday would be triggering after having had several awful ones in a row. Maybe there are ways to make your birthday different this year, so that it might not be so triggering? What if you started a thread about it?

Well I'm going to a friends for drinks and then out to watch another friends band play with more friends tonight. So I'm hoping it'll be a fun!
